Payment Options

We offer both onsite and remote support options. Often, simple problems are most economically solved via a secure remote support session.

Onsite work is billed for 1 hr minimum and 15 minute increments afterwards.

Remote work is billed in 1/4 hr increments.

Business Hours are 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Additionally, we are happy to provide scheduled support outside of these hours.
